Very close to the train station so perfect for hopping on and off. A little bit of a walk to the more picturesque part of La Spezia or to the water but we didn't mind. The street is a little busy but you don't hear any of the noise with the windows closed. There's AC in the bedroom and main living space so it was plenty comfortable on some of the very hot August evenings. Lorenzo was wonderful! So many good recommendations and very communicative.
