Private: natural state property 400 m2 (fenced), terraced garden. In the house: WiFi. 100 m long steep, narrow motor access to the house (20 m ramp). Width of access road: 185 cm. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises, public parking 100 m on the road. Supermarket 2.3 km, restaurant 1.4 km, bar 500 m, bus stop 700 m, sandy beach "San Terenzo" 3.5 km. Nearby attractions: Portovenere 19 km, Riomaggiore 22 km, Bonassola 26 km, Pisa 87 km, Lucca 77 km, Firenze 148 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Torre del Lago 60 km, Massaciuccoli 68 km. Hiking paths: Parco delle 5 Terre 22 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Narrow driveway to the house. In the last sharp bend before the driveway, cars up to 185cm (Audi A4) wide can easily pass. Larger vehicles can be parked further down the road.
