The location was great. The drains in the showers were both clogged so your shower had to be super quick of the water would overflow the basin onto the floor. No dish towels. We waited an hour and half in the foyer for them to clean the apartment. There was no soap the fridge didn’t work it froze our food. The bedding was dirty the blankets were stained and no clean blankets were available. No kitchen towels. The lady was difficult to deal with and did not respond to our requests. The location was good but everything felt dirty. There was no one there to meet us when we arrived.
