Cristina was awesome as hostess! Great property, very clean, very well Located as you have everything at walking distance. A 12 minute walk from train station. Great place to Stay if visiting La Spezia, Cinqueterre and Porto Venere.

This was one of the best places I have stayed anytime. The host was super friendly and offered an espresso and a chat in the morning, the room just as expected and also the cleanest rooms! Did not expect this level for the price, very very good. Also very short walk feom everything, both nice restaurants, bars and the harbour. Very good place to go from if visiting Cinque Terre or other places nearby. Thank you for the warm hospitality and the umbrellqs to borrow 😉

The property was in a perfect location which was walking distance to everywhere. The train station was 10 minutes walk and the terminal for catching the boat for the Cinque Terre was also 10 minutes walk. The room was comfortable, very clean and had lots of storage and furnished with towels and toiletries and a hairdryer. Cristina the host was amazing and was on hand every day to answer questions and even procured beach towels for us to use. There is a kitchen for shared use with a coffee machine which was much appreciated! And an external terrace to sit on should you wish to eat your meals at the property.

Perfect ! I recommand 100% ! Lovely host

We had a very nice room with balcony. The bed was very nice, the bathroom very clean. Christina, the host, was lovely, one of the best hosts I have ever met. I recommend 100%. Very good value for money ! The place is about 10 minutes from a free parking (d'Armi) and 10 minutes from the train station, and also near good restaurants and shops, very useful ! We spent 3 nights to visit Cinque Terre, including 2 in Riomaggiore, but if I had discovered this place earlier, we would have been there all 3 nights.

Abbiamo soggiornato in 4 per 6 notti nell'appartamento. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Appartamento completo di ogni confort (lavatrice ferro e asse da stiro cucina completa con macchinetta caffe bollitore stovigle e pentolame nuovi). Appartamento restaurato da poco bagno nuovo e stanze grandi ci si puo stare comodamente in 6. Comodo a tutti i servizi della citta ed escursionii varie.

Has been the best place where we have staid in Italy so far. The room was perfect. Big, confortable, very very clean, beautiful. The location is perfect. They always leave free water daily. The management at our hotel in la Spezia was fantastic, Christina was extremely helpful and her customer service was out of this world, they were always willing to help and suggesting things to do. Their responses to our wishes were fast and very efficient. The rooms were spacious and comfy and nicely decorated and the location was 10 min walk from the central train station . The en suite washrooms were very clean and had all amenities with a single shower in each room. We loved our stay in Le Cemere

Very clean, close to the train station, mother and daughter who run the place were super lovely and helpful. Gave us local restaurant tips. They also speaks very good english which helped me a lot. I would recomend to everyone
