La Spezia Migliarina train station is about a 1-kilometer walk away, with direct trains to the Cinque Terre, Sarzana, and Pisa.

The approximately 70-square-meter apartment is located on the second floor of a building WITHOUT an lift (not suitable for people with disabilities) and is laid out as follows:

OPEN KITCHEN with a hob, refrigerator, kettle, oven, griddle, moka pot, and various kitchen utensils;

BEDROOM I furnished with a double bed, a single bed, and a wardrobe;

BEDROOM II with a double bed, a closet, and a table with chairs;

BATHROOM with shower stall, sink, and toilet;

ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: TV, Wi-Fi, independent heating, 2 fans, washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothesline, and hair dryer.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013).

In summer, the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

In winter, the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 20°C
