  • Renovated apartment, finished in April 2024, featuring two double bedrooms, living room with kitchenette, bathroom, and two balconies. Equipped with air conditioning and washing machine. Located on the 3rd floor without elevator. Nearby you’ll find a supermarket, pharmacy, pizzeria, and restaurant. Excellent location in a quiet area, 10 minutes by car or 15 by bus from the train station at the city center. The same bus reaches the port for ferries to Cinque Terre and the Gulf of Poets in 20 minutes. By car or bus, Portovenere, Lerici, San Terenzo, Fiascherino, Tellaro, Baia Blu, and other seaside spots are 30 minutes away. Free parking is available on Via Genova and throughout the neighborhood, though not always right at the entrance.

    Located just outside La Spezia (less than 2 km away), the "Maestrale" Holiday Apartment offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The 70 sqm property consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom, and can accommodate up to four people. The host went above and beyond during this whole experience! We were offered transportation from the train in and he was very responsive during all communication from pre check in to recommendations during our stay! Location is in a great spot out of the busyness of the cinque terre tourist hot spots- nice and quiet.
