However, once we checked in, just from the outside you could tell it has not been kept up. The deck is worn and weeds and trees are growing along side it. Inside, there were numerous things wrong, including a strong smell of cat pee that was in the hallway and got stronger in the bedroom. I let the owner know and she said she would have the cleaning crew check it out. However, it was clear that the countertops had not been cleaned as dust rolled off of the cutting boards when we picked them up. There were limited kitchen supplies, including only one frying pan that the bottom of the pan was worn and the metal was rusted. There were towels but no washcloths, no hangers in the closet to hang up clothes, no . At first I thought it was a very stripped down place compared to others we have stayed in, especially in this area, but the deficiencies in the place were more than that. I would not stay again and I am only writing this in the hopes that changes are made to the place before someone else stays there. ##### Steve R.
