"This property was good for my wife and I. Everything we needed was available. The location is good with a lovely stroll along the water into the town centre. Parking outside on the road was not ideal and it was our 3rd day before we could park directly outside of the house. Only downside was the based bedroom, this is not suitable for use. It is noisy due to hum of fans and dehumidifer that was needed to keep the damp smell down. Great house if you are looking for one bedroom."

"Wonderful spacious house and garden in a a great location. Marsilly has many facilities including a supermarket, boulangerie, take away pizza shop and bar. La Rochelle is also only a 20 minute drive away."

"Bon accueil, belle maison avec l'essentiel pour y passer un weekend en famille (10). Il y a deux petites salles de bain au rez-de-chaussée. L'idéal serait d'avoir 1 WC à l'étage mais bon, on s'organise. Canapé lit pas hyper confortable pour dormir mais les autres lits sont appréciés ! Beau parc pour déjeuner en extérieur avec terrasse. Bon weekend. Nous recommandons !"

"The house is excellently equipped and was very clean, was very clean and is in a quiet environment. The local rental agency was very friendly and helpful. La Rochelle is a city worth visiting and is only a few kilometers away. By bike it was about 8 km. In the neighboring town of Châtelaillon-Plage there is a very large sandy beach. We were very happy here and would come again at any time."

"Beautiful, spacious villa and lovely, helpful hosts. The location served us well for day trips to gorgeous sandy beaches (20 mins by car) and La Rochelle (35 mins by car). For those days when it is simply too hot to be on the beach all day, you can relax by the private pool and hit the beach late afternoon. Boys loved it and the spacious, mature garden means you can always find a shady spot under the trees. We only stayed for a week and wish it was longer. The only bad but is having to come...

"Wonderful boho chic house. Had everything we needed and more. The house was spotless. Super garden area. Our children were thrilled with the jacuzzi and cinema screen! Brilliant location for exploring the area, very close to the beach and La Rochelle. Our host was lovely, very friendly, and responsive. Would definitely recommend."

"Great property, tastefully renovated and decorated with a huge private and mature garden with lots of different sitting areas - Theres another section of the garden not shown in the pictures. The town itself is very quiet with a few shops and a little outdoor restaurant (La Ponetere). La Rochelle is about 30mins drive"

"Absolutely fantastic property with all the amenities you need. Beautiful pool and a garden which the sun doesn't leave until the evening. Very clean. Friendly conceiege and contact with the owner on booking was good. It's a walk into La Rochelle itself but we didn't mind that. Supermarket a short walk. We would definitely stay here again, we loved it."

"We stayed for one night at this property. Great location with free parking close by. A good base for exploring La Rochelle. Would stay again but mattress not very comfortable and first hotel I have ever stayed in where they ask you to take your rubbish out yourself. It served a purpose and the bottles of water and sweets were a nice touch. "

"We had a lovely stay here. The reception staff were really welcoming and helpful. I was a bit surprised because the room picture was of twin beds with space between, but it was made up as a double. I was travelling with my son, so ended up sleeping on the sofa bed, which was easy to pull out, had a bottom sheet already on and additional pillows etc were in the cupboard. The wall cupboards weee tricky for me, as I’m only 5’1” tall!! Fortunately my son is 6’ tall and was willing to reach things...
