Sehr schöne Wohnung, mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Waren 2 Wochen in La Rochelle, sehr gute Lage auch für Ausflüge in die Umgebung, Bushaltestelle direkt um die Ecke. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und freundlich! Insgesamt hervorragend, kann ich nur weiterempfehlen

Die Ferienwohnung ließ für uns als vierköpfige Familie keine Wünsche offen. Sie ist ruhig gelegen, sehr gut ausgestattet und schön eingerichtet. Die Vermieter sind jederzeit ansprechbar, sehr hilfsbereit und können den einen oder anderen Ausflugstipp geben. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit allem.

Un goût Amer ...

Logement fonctionnel, terrasse agréable. Petites attentions pour notre fils de 2 ans. Les propriétaires vivent en dessous. Points négatifs : - 28mn de marche pour atteindre la tour de la vieille horloge qui donne sur le port malgré le petit raccourci (source google maps) : nous avons donc loué des vélos. - Pas de climatisation, ni de ventilateur (et par grosse chaleur là haut c'est une fournaise) - propriétaires trop stressés je m’explique : La veille du check-out nous prévenons nos hôtes de notre heure matinale de départ le lendemain matin (afin d'éviter les bouchons du mois d’août...) Le propriétaire demande à nous voir, semble contrarié et nous demande un chèque de caution car il ne souhaite pas se lever tôt le lendemain pour "vérifier l'état de l'appartement". Nous lui proposons qu'il fasse le tour le soir même (nos affaires n'étaient pas toutes rangées mais le gros du ménage avait été fait), ce qu'il a fini par faire en rechignant. Son air soupçonneux nous a mis mal a l'aise, il semblerait que la confiance n'aille que dans leur sens, il aurait fallu qu'on leur laisse un cheque (qu'il aurait détruit ? Nous on doit les croire sur parole…). Pourquoi donc passer par abritel qui prélève déjà une caution sur la CB ? Une 1ère pour nous pourtant habitués des airbnb et cie où 99% du temps le propriétaire ne vient pas vérifier l'état du logement avant le départ des vacanciers et où tout se passe bien malgré tout: un conseil, détendez vous ;)

Bel appartement très propre, conforme aux photos, parfaitement équipé, avec de nombreux rangements. La grande terrasse est très agréable. La proximité des commerces et du centre ville accessible à pieds est un plus. Logement situé dans une impasse, quartier calme. Seul petit bémol, l'escalier pour accéder à l'appartement n'est pas très pratique. Merci Céline et Paul pour votre accueil.
