Impossible d'accéder au local poubelles, pas d'éclairage cage d'escalier 1 jour sur 2 et avec 3 étages c'est très ennuyeux, pas de connection internet. A 140 la nuit l'appartement doit être nickel. Le petit plus la place de parking. Par contre du rafraîchissement à prévoir dans l appartement (peinture,pomme de douche a changer ,rambarde a resserrer, ménage un peu plus approfondi et surtout vérifier que le bip fonctionne pour ouvrir le portail car nous avons été embêter , plus d arrivé d eau dans les toilette en eau ) .
