Charmant appartement de vacances avec une vue imprenable sur le lac des Minimes. Il est situé dans une résidence calme et sécurisée. Il au premier étage, lumineux il se compose d'un séjour avec un canapé convertible 2 places, une belle loggia avec salon de jardin pour admirer la vue sur la lac, une cuisine toute équipée avec lave vaisselle et plaques de cuisson, une chambre avec un lit deux places King size en 160x200, une salle d'eau avec WC indépendant.  
Les Plus de cette location à la mer : Loggia vue lac, appartement entiérement rénové, décoré avec goût, piscine Juillet/Août,place de parking résidence sécurisée, place de parking privée, accès facile aux transports en communs.Ménage inclus. Remise et retour des clefs exclusivement sur La Rochelle (quartier des Minimes).  
La wifi internet, les draps et le linge de toilette ne sont pas inclus dans la location. Il s'agit d'un service optionnel à réserver auprès de l'agence. Concernant les animaux de compagnie, pour les logements qui les acceptent (voir descriptif ou en faire la demande au gestionnaire), un supplément de 39€/animal sera à régler en sus à l'arrivée.
