Perfect location

This flat has all you need. Situated in the very center of the town. Its quiet but yet sentral. The outside area is nice and mostly kept in the shadow, wich offer us a time out from the sun.

We had a wonderful time in La Rochelle this summer, and a big part of that was having this wonderful apartment as our base. Clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a short stay in the city. You are absolutely in the heart of it all when you come out the building front door, the location could be no better. While parking is challenging, you find your way around that and you can enjoy the amazing city around you. The hosts were conscientious and very responsive. Would recommend for a short stay in the city. We had an infant under 1 with us and they provided a cot.

Très bon logementen revanche, et je suis obligé de le préciser, la propriétaire du bien (et non la mandataire) a donné les clés à son petit fils qui est entré dans l'appartement déposer ses affaires pour son séjour ultérieur. J'ai été mis devant le fait accompli.

Accueil très chaleureux de Fadia, de la conciergerie Soludom ! Appartement fonctionnel, trés bien pour 2 personnes. A 4 je pense que ce doit être plus difficile ; Situé en plein coeur du quartier du vieux port et à 5 ' de la gare ( Nous sommes venus en train), c'est assez génial ! Nous avons beaucoup marché avec un plaisir immense tellement nombreuses sont les découvertes à faire. Malgré cette situation exceptionnelle Quai Valin, l'appartement, une fois la porte fermée, est d'un calme absolu .Organisation très simple et peu coûteuse pour nous rendre à l'île de Ré en bus. Nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour , dans une atmosphère- qui plus est -printanière, une ville très vivante , dans un appartement très fonctionnel .( Seul bémol : manque d'ensoleillement )

Logement a répondu a nos attentes très confortable en plein coeur de la ville et un grand couloir qui sépare le logement du quai Valin nous.permet d être.dans un endroit très calme. Bien reçu par la gérante du bien et très sympathique Le.seul bemol qu on a trouvé c est le.manque de descriptif du bien sur l annonce ( ex cafetiere ,four, couverture) qu on a amené alors qu il y avait tout a l interieur) A recommandé sans problemes
