Room was ample, clean, beautiful with a great bed that is very comfortable. Perfect place for relaxing as a couple and enjoy good wine in Rioja. Taxi service was arranged by hotel. The grounds are beautifully maintained. They have kept the medieval nature of the surrounding with modern amenities at this great hotel. Food is delicious and Allegar as well as Calao is excellent in every way. The best tarta de queso Vasca that I’ve had had has been at the restaurant at the hotel. . Thanks for your hospitality. "What an outstanding property! Wow, staff was great, room was fantastic! Location in next to the cathedral! Advise you drive to front door, drop off your luggage, then park your car outside the village. Great Breakfast, buy it as there is nowhere nearby for food before 1100. Dinners start at nearby restaurants at 8PM."
