Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 90 m² house in La Richardais to rent for up to 4 people. It has a lovely 60 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a 200 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

\- Separate WC  
\- A south-west-facing veranda with seating and dining area

\- A beautiful 200 m² enclosed and private garden  
  
The house is ideally located in La Richardais, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (up to 3 vehicles).

Le logement est tres agréable, les photos correspondent totalement au descriptif. La veranda est un atout supplémentaire lors des journées un peu fraîche. Quartier calme. Voiture indispensable, tout en etant proche du centre de dinard et saint malo. Tres bon contact avec les propriétaires et facile a joindre. Je recommande.
