Welcome to your beautiful vacation home in sunny Legacy Villas! This is a rare find as the homeowner has made numerous upgrades including new carpet, paint, televisions, and linens. You begin by walking up the gorgeous Spanish tiled steps up to this second-floor townhome with great views. The entry is bright and light filled leading to an open concept living space with ample seating for everyone. The living area has a fireplace for those chilly winter evenings and a mounted 60-inch flat screen television and a pull-out sofa. The dining area has a table with seating for six and French doors leading to the large balcony with comfortable seating and a BBQ. The kitchen has updated black appliances and a large amount of storage, wonderful for entertaining as it is open to the dining and living area. The Primary bedroom has a king-sized bed, a Mini-Fridge, a microwave, and wet bar for your convenience. The Primary also has a 60-inch flat screen television mounted above another fireplace, attached full bathroom, and access to a private patio with seating. The second guest bedroom also has king size bed, fireplace, and 50-inch flat screen television mounted on the wall, and an attached full bathroom. The third guest bedroom has two twin beds in it, along with a mounted 32-inch flat screen television, and a full bathroom across the hall.
