Desert mornings at PGA WEST arrive in quiet gold, light sliding across the fairway as the mountains hold the edge of the sky. By evening, the fire pit draws everyone out back, and the hot tub waits with the stars overhead. Inside the gates of PGA Signature - on the Stadium Course - you`re steps from Ernie`s Bar and Grill and minutes from the best La Quinta has to offer.

Sleeping arrangements

This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home spans 2,400 square feet and accommodates up to 8 guests. The primary suite features a king bed, a 65` TV, a spacious en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a separate walk-in shower, plus direct access to the backyard and pool. Bedroom 2 offers a queen bed and a 50` TV. Bedroom 3 includes two Full-over-Full bunk beds and a 50` TV. A king air mattress and Pack `n play/Travel crib are available upon request for added flexibility. Bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, clothing storage, and essentials are included.

Outdoor living

The backyard opens directly from the living area through stackable doors, creating seamless indoor-outdoor flow. A private pool and private hot tub anchor the space - hot tub heat is complimentary and pool heat is available for $50/day (up to 88°F) during October through May. Spend your time around the fire pit, at the BBQ grill, or challenging each other at the ping pong table. The largest putting green in PGA Signature sits right in the yard, perfect for working on your short game. The fully fenced private backyard delivers both golf course and mountain views throughout your stay.

Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is built for shared meals and easy hosting. Stainless steel appliances, a 6-burner gas range, and double ovens give you everything needed to cook at any scale. A full suite of cooking basics, coffee, wine glasses, a blender, toaster, and dishwasher round out the setup. The dining table seats the group comfortably, and the living room - anchored by an 86` TV - offers generous space to gather after dinner.

Connectivity & workspace

Wifi, an Ethernet connection, and a dedicated workspace in a common area keep you connected whether you`re streaming or getting work done.

Home comforts

Air conditioning, central heating, and ceiling fans keep the temperature right year-round. A washer, dryer, iron, hair dryer, and full bathroom essentials are provided. Home safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. Self check-in is via keypad - your unique code is issued before arrival for a seamless start to your stay.

Parking & community

Free parking is available on the premises and on the street. As a guest of PGA Signature, you`ll also have access to the community pool, fitness center, bocce ball, and shuffleboard.

Location

Less than 4 miles from the Empire Polo Fields and within easy reach of Old Town La Quinta, the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, and Palm Springs, this home puts you at the heart of the Coachella Valley while keeping you tucked away in a peaceful, gated community on the course.

Check-in is after 4PM and check-out is at 11AM. There is no extra fee for early check-in or late check-out (if we can accommodate your request, we most certainly will!). Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee. Our home has noise limit requirements set by the HOA.

Pets allowed - no cats, certain non-shedding hypoallergenic dogs will be considered at an additional fee.

Our homes are keyless entry, we issue a `code` rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.

We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.

NOTE: We have many homes in PGA Signature either connecting, or within a few doors of this specific address. Opportunity to rent multiple homes right next to each other is available. Please inquire for larger groups!
We highly recommend travel insurance for any unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation policies are firm.

Please carefully review all PGA Signature Community Rules, all tickets will come out of the deposit.

PARKING- All vehicles must be parked in the garage/driveway (Can`t be hanging into the street or the HOA will ticket) additionally 2 vehicles are allowed on the street.

VEHICLE SIZE- SPRINTER VANS are not allowed in PGA Signature. No commercial size vehicles.

VEHICLE PASSES- All passes must be displayed on the windshield or patrol will ticket.

AMEX Golf Tournament (Stadium Course): From mid-December to late-January, the American Express Golf Tournament will be setting up for its annual PGA golf tournament on the golf course adjacent to our property. This means that there may be obstructions and limited visibility of the golf course during this period. Please be aware that our vacation rental property is located on the world famous Stadium Course. We want to inform our guests that we have no control over and are not responsible for any renovations, maintenance, or construction activities that may occur on the golf course during your stay. These activities are managed solely by the golf course administration and may result in noise, changes in landscape, or restricted access to certain areas. We are located on but are not affiliated with the Stadium Course.

NOISE ORDINANCE:
Quiet enjoyment hours are from 10:00PM-7AM. Outside use is limited to quiet conversation only. No music or amplified devices from cell phones to Bluetooth devices are allowed. Citations will come out of the renters deposit, PGA West is a zero tolerance community, if security is called a fine will be imposed.

Loud noise isn`t permissible anytime of the day, per city (max 70 decibels from 7am-10pm) and is considered disrupting the peace of permanent residents, noise violations incur a $1000 fine (taken out of deposit) and possible eviction. Thank you for respecting our local residents!

PETS- If you plan on bringing your certified service animal or emotional support dog we would appreciate communication and documentation prior to check in to supply to the home owners:).

POOL/HOT TUB (RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT)

You understand that you accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and all accidents that may happen on the property and hold the owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers with swimming and may present a danger to adults who consume medication, alcohol, or drugs and children who are not carefully supervised. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, exposure to any of our plants that can be poisonous if eaten, or any other activities on the property.

Renter shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the property owner, its respective affiliates and partners from and against all demands, suits, judgments, settlements, claims, damages to persons and/or property, fines, liens, losses, and other liabilities, including attorneys` fees arising out of or in any way related to your stay in our property and its surrounding land including claims for loss or damage to any property or for death or injury to any individual. owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to the property.
