The Space: An upstairs Legacy Villas studio with a king bed, mini-bar, fireplace, and full bathroom will make your next stay in La Quinta comfortable and enjoyable. The sleeping area opens to through french doors to a private balcony with unobstructed mountain views and outdoor seating. The bedroom provides ample living space with a closet, chest of drawers and a smart TV. The mini-bar contains a mini-refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, a soaking tub, toilet and single vanity. Commercially laundered linens and towels including pool towels are provided for each guest stay. The condo is located near the back of the Legacy Villas community with ample parking directly below and on the side of the stairs to the condo's second floor entrance. The condo is a short-walk to a community satellite pool and hot tub and a 5 minute walk to the main pools, fitness center and clubhouse. The community clubhouse area has a spacious fitness room with treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes and free weights. The Legacy Grille is also located in the clubhouse area and operates on the weekends from November-May. The community is a 10 minute walk to La Quinta Resort and a 1 mile walk or short-drive to Old Town La Quinta. The Hwy 111 shopping corridor is a 5-10 minute drive and has every major retailer including Costco, Target, Super Walmart and multiple grocery stores. The Empire Polo Club (host of the Coachella and Stagecoach musical festivals), the Indian Wells Tennis Garden (host of the BNP Paribas) and the Shoppes on El Paseo in Palm Desert are all within a 15-20 minute drive. Palm Springs International Airport is 40-45 minutes from Legacy Villas. Additional desert attractions including championship golf, multiple hiking and biking trails and numerous spas and resorts are all within a short walk or drive from the community. Getting Around: Guests visiting the Coachella Valley can access a majority of the desert's attractions within 10-45 minutes by car. Spring vacations are made more enchanting with the many local festivals, music events such as Coachella, and our studio's sun-kissed balcony.
