    Located in the PGA West community, adjacent to the popular Arnold Palmer Golf Course, this single-level condo boasts lake and mountain views. Spend your days in the desert sun at the community pool, just a short walk up the road, then head home and prepare meals on your BBQ grill or in the well-equipped kitchen. The outdoor table offers dining for four with a remote control awning so you can dine alfresco. At the end of the day, relax on the patio with your favorite beverage and watch the amazing desert sunsets. Extra perks include a Pack 'n Play and booster seat for those traveling with little ones, and a triple osmosis water filtration system in the kitchen.

    The BNP Paribas Tennis Tournament is held annually at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, just seven miles away. Bring your clubs as the Coachella Valley has some of the most famous courses around. This rental is also located just four miles from the entrance to the Empire Polo Fields - home of the annual Coachella Music and Arts Festival and the Stagecoach Country Music Festival. Spend your days in Old Town La Quinta, only four miles away, where you will find a variety of shops, restaurants, and plenty of nightlife.

    Things to Know
    The community pool and spa is accessible from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM daily. The pool is heated from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM (during the cooler days), and the spa is heated from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
    Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
    Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
    All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
    No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

A very pleasant stay!

Overall the condo was perfect for our needs: two bedrooms (each with their own bathroom), reasonable living room, functional kitchen, pleasant patio with a great view of the pond and mountains. Only minor downside was the height of the queen-sized bed - my wife and I are 5'6 or so and the bed was awkwardly tall for us. Other than that it was great!

La Quinta Getaway

Property was just as described online, the furniture could use some refreshing. However, the beds were super comfy and the communication from the property manager was great. Very attentive and responsive. One thing to note is that the driveway to park is very steep. We could not pull our car in and had to park on the street. They detail it all out in the confirmation once but definitely ask if you plan on driving. For clarification we were in coupe.

Great location and night condo . Just a few disappointments. There was no cooking pans only a pot. Interesting cooking bacon and eggs in a spaghetti bowl . Also it was infected with tiny flying nats. Also master sinks didn’t function correctly

Spectacular Property

The property is well furnished and has a spectacular view onto a small lake and the mountain. The bed was very comfortable. Everything worked as it should. I would definitely stay here again. I downgraded to a 4 of 5 because the management company didn't call my name into security before I arrived after telling me they would. Then also sent the entry code at the last minute, but the email took until later than I arrived, causing further frustration and delay getting into the unit. Once I got in, the stay was otherwise perfect. I really appreciated having access to the garage.

House Fine/Checking In Problematic

Location and cleanliness of property just fine. Just right amount of room for the 2 of us. I found the check-in process very hard for one traveling in the same day. Having to go to the office or a zoom call was very hard to manage and completely unnecessary. I finally got the management to let me do it over the phone. No other rental management company requires that as I rent frequently in the area. Unless they ease this process, I probably would not rent again.

Tanglewood Condo PGA WEST

We have rented both houses and condos at PGA West for 10 years. We rented this condo for a month. Here are the pros and cons. Pros: Beautiful setting and view. Upgraded appliances. Interior is clean. The garage door opener was missing when we arrived, but the local Vacasa staff was prompt in sending someone over with a new one. Pool is close by. Cons: The large sliding patio door has instructions on how to lock it. Even with two people we could not get it to lock. We had to use a large dowel wedged in the runners. The fireplace is not operable. The living room furniture has seen better days. The leather is cracking and splitting. The master bath electrical sockets were labeled GFCI Protected. Only one socket at the double sink vanity worked, the other side kept going out and had to be reset from another room (only one device was plugged in). As other reviews have noted, the towels are pretty threadbare, and the sheets ill-fitting for the bed. The kitchen utencils are cheap plastic. We had to spray for cockroaches in the garage. I understand this is a much used rental unit, but the owners REALLY need to give it some TLC. I was impressed with Vacasa, but would not rent this unit again until issues and minor upgrades are completed.
