The house is immaculate, tastefully furnished, and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The 3 bedrooms are all very comfortable with king size beds and en suite bathrooms. The view of the golf course is beautiful and we got some spectacular sunrise photos. We really enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. My husband and son loved the PGA West golf courses and it was a great community to walk around. Mandi was easy to communicate with and very responsive to questions. Our 4th year coming for our annual girls spa trip, and we plan to come back every year! Recent upgrades to the kitchen & baths are beautifully done...bright, comfortable, and the cleanest I've ever stayed in. The beds are dreamy, with lots of pillows and a big screen in each bedroom. The house was very clean, with a well supplied kitchen. It was fun having our own pool/spa. Mandi was very quick to answer questions--check-in and out was simple. We found the responsiveness of the property manager Dwight to be excellent - he solved our two immediate problems promptly and was aware of a couple of things we brought to his attention - they were on his radar, which was good to know. The fact that the price included the pool and hot tub heating was great - it provided some certainty as to costs and we used the pool every day. One of our group has some mobility issues and the pool has deepish stairs and no handrail - so getting in was a bit of a challenge, but it was solved with some bricks we acquired at virtually no cost, so all good. The house is wonderful and tastefully remodeled; plenty big and well kept. The kitchen is the best stocked kitchen I've ever encountered. Both the owner (Mandi) and her property manager (Dwight) were a delight to deal with. We appreciated the nice (and heated) pool, hot tub and the cruiser bikes to ride around the Peter Dye Stadium course. As other reviewers wrote the house is remodeled and Mandi has provided so many nice extras. What we weren't expecting was the great views; the sunrises are gorgeous. The house is set on a small hill on the 7th fairway, giving it lots of privacy from the golfers. Really something to consider if planning staying in PGA West. We played several of the courses and many of the houses were right by the fairway oxcart path. No privacy. ##### Laurie O. Spacious and clean with updated furniture and appliances. It felt like we were the first people to stay in this immaculate little paradise in the desert and will definitely recommend it and come back. Local food options include restaurants not too far from the house or just hit the supermarket and stock up the fridge for a home cooked meal in the kitchen or have a bbq on the grill in the back yard. We had a chance to meet the property manager who was very helpful and we also had a great experience communicating with the owner through email. Her response was lighting fast which means a lot if you have any questions on a short stay. You will not be disappointed staying here! ##### Tim C. My family had a great week at this house. The layout is great, it's very tastefully decorated, fully stocked in every way, and immaculate. Each bedroom has either a large closet, drawer space, and luggage stands if you would rather leave your clothes in your luggage. The kitchen has a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, and everything we needed. The living area is spacious and comfortable. The view of the golf course is spectacular, particularly at dawn with the sunrise. We loved the small pool which was heated perfectly and also the spacious and comfortable hot tub. We were happy to use the grill which was also very clean. The lounge chairs were comfortable with nice pool towels. There were plenty of towels in each bathroom, along with hand soap and body wash, shampoo, and conditioner for the showers. There's a large laundry room and the washer and dryer were easy to use. I would have liked to have had an area to put on makeup in the primary bathroom with a magnified makeup mirror, but that was about the only thing missing. Also, the water pressure in the showers was low. There are large screen TVs but the channel lineup that was available was not great - the only way we could watch the NFL games was by screen mirroring through an iPhone or iPad. We couldn't access major TV networks like ABC, CBS, NBC, and Fox. The check-in time is 3 PM and the checkout time is 10 AM. That worked for us because we had a relatively early flight back, but 10 AM checkout seemed early. ##### Beth R.
