"I had such a great stay at the Renaissance Palm Springs! The hotel itself was beautiful, and relaxing but what truly made the experience extra special were the two amazing Filipino staff at the front desk. There was a gentleman (I didn’t catch his name!) and a lovely lady named Kesha (I think) both were incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. Their warmth and genuine care really made me feel at home. It’s true what they say: Filipino hospitality is on another level, and they both proved it! Because of them, I enjoyed my days in Palm Springs even more. They absolutely deserve to be recognized for the amazing energy and service they bring. Thank you both so much! 🌴💚"

"My stay was Phenomenal from the booking on Hotel.com to the check in with Adriana, Chris and Brendan. The rooms and grounds are gorgeous. The rooms are equipped with everything you need and beds are extremely comfortable. The pool are is very nice. Will be returning soon. "
