Staff was good. Overall clean place.
Website is a little misleading, as the hotel has no cafes or restaurants of its own. No swimming pool.
It’s called a hotel but felt more like living in apartments with no amenities apart from breakfast at the terrace.

The staff was amazingly attentive. We trunly enjoyed breakfast buffet on the rooftop. We also love the 24 hour central cafe. I didn’t have to stress about obtaining my morning coffee. They also had delicious food such as pizza, salads and sandwiches. The drinks such as cokes, juice, carbonated water and bottled water were always chilled to perfection. Truly an excellent stay. Would highly recommend anyone traveling to Mexico City to experience this amazing hotel and it’s amenities. 10/10 experience

The hotel is very spacious and has very nice gardens. The pools are heated so that is very attractive. The food at the restaurant is excellent. The rooms are spacious but show some wear. In general we had a very pleasant stay but the rooms are pricy and breakfast was not included.
