"Excellent boutique hotel with great vibes. Room AC very good. Staff was accommodating and made us feel like family instantly. Food portions are large, and they charge for it. Some 1/2 order or light options would be nice on the menus for the lighter appetites. Some very affordable and good options are only steps away offsite. Neighborhood is safe and no issues to pick up an Uber if you want to venture out farther. 10 bucks will get you downtown to San Jose del Cabo. Only minutes from Acre , Flora Farms and Tamarindos for high end experiences. We enjoyed out short stay and hope to be able to return when we have the opportunity. This is a great property that I would recommend without reservation."

"Our first time staying at the Ritz Carlton Zadun. For a frame of reference we have stayed at resorts like Montage, Chilleno Bay, Las Ventanas, Esperanza, Four Seasons, Pedegral, etc. Our room was fantastic, large well appointed. It had a plunge pool but didn't really heat up enough to warrant any early morning or late night dips. Staff was very attentive, special shout out to our "Tosoani's" Ariadna and Gabriel. They communicated with us throughout our stay and coordinated anything we needed. A few things that could have been better; first off, not sure if it's where this property is located but there were A LOT of bugs and large flying moths. The adult pool and hot tub there definitely needs to be skimmed multiple times a day due to many bugs floating on the surface and the built in white loungers in the shallow end had mildew on them. The pool deck is in dire need to sanding and re-staining. Just a few things that made it feel "less than" a 5 star experience."

"Look no further! This IS THE PLACE! Ocean view and beach is right there in front of property! Beautiful sand! The pool and outdoor area is even better than pics. Tons of lounge chairs, umbrellas, and seating-and even equipped with a big speaker for our music! The condition of everything is like brand new! Binoculars to bird and whale watch! Beach towel, tons of lighting at night! I could go on and on!Interior is super clean and very well stocked! Comfy beds and ac worked great!Neighborhood is walking to the best local spots and a store!Go to Drunken Sailor! John is incredible and his hospitality towards us was truly golden! He is a star. Welcomed us with drinks and had waters/beers stocked for us along with fresh snacks upon arrival!Take advantage of his offerings of cooking for you and making you his famous shrimp cocktail! Everything he put out was a treat and made our stay so easy. It was like we had our own private bartender and chef! Vacation LUX! Pina coladas or margaritas or shots- you name it! He was a pleasure to talk to and be around yet still gave us our space and didn’t overstep. John thank you so much for the stay you have a lovely piece of paradise! Thank you for all the rides to the stores and to and from the airport! And all that you do! You’re a gem! We love Crystal too! Keep up the amazing work you are doing! You are crushing it and providing one of the best STRs we have ever stayed in! Cheers to you!"
