Ideally located on the main axis, 5 minutes by car from Bourg St Maurice- les Arcs🤗 (all shops, station, hospital, access to Les Arcs resort by the funicular (every 20 minutes), our picturesque hamlet (alt.830m) will enchant you.

The studio is located on the first floor of a traditional Savoyard building from 1819.
Breathtaking view of the north face of Bellecôte🏔️, summit which is nestled between Peisey-Vallandry and Montchavin-la-plagne (in the heart of PARADISKI🚡425km of slopes). The funicular to the resort of Les Arcs is 7 minutes away by car (rates and parking information on request).
Ideal for couples, family or friends, the layout is evolving, the large double bed can be transformed into two single beds on request🛏️.
All the layout configurations (with a 5th bed possible) are in the photo.

The host occupies the adjoining apartment, the terraces are simply separated by potted plants, but the respective entrances are served by two different alleys.

There are hiking trails accessible from the village, and easy to access🐕 walks
The 50m² apartment + 18m² laundry room (washing machine, ski room, bicycle room (hooks for suspension), additional equipment, etc.) can accommodate 5 people + a cot if needed.
A workspace and can be arranged on request (Wifi fiber 5G). This arrangement is visible in some photos, the computer is not provided. The ORANGE TV is equipped with a decoder with CANAL+.
Provided that we are present, you can entrust us with your luggage 🧳while waiting for the apartment to be ready😁.

The vaulted arches will disorient you and reflect a Piedmontese way of building and living more than 200 years ago, a period when men and animals🐮 often shared their homes in winter. Today it is a bubble of comfort to recharge your batteries.
I would like to take this opportunity to point out that in summer, air conditioning is natural! no need for a connection, you will benefit from guaranteed freshness even with your doors open.
