Residence of 4 floors located 900m of shops and ski in ski out. Ski locker on the ground floor . Free outdoor parking down below the residence.  
  
2-rooms apartment approximatly 28m², in very good conditions, sleeping 4, north/west facing with balcony, valley and Mont Blanc view, on the 3rd floor.  
Kitchen : 2 vitroceramic hot plates, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and electric cofee maker.  
Living room : sofa bed and flat screen TV.  
Bedroom 1 : 2 simple beds and flat screen TC.  
Bathroom with shower and toilets separately.  
  
The booking price include the final cleaning EXCLUDING KITCHEN AREA. We ask you to leave the premises in good condition, empty the dishwasher, put out your rubbish and fold bedding.
