Station complétement piétonne, la voiture est resté garée en sous terrain. Appartement calme et très très bien insonorisé, aucun bruit de voisinage. L'appartement est bien agencé, les pièces sont délimitées (2 chambres, sdb, sdd, toilettes séparées, coin à vivre). Les rangements sont suffisants et la cuisine bien équipée.
