There were plumbing issues. The toilet didn’t flush, there was a bad smell, and all the water went into the shower. Breakfast was confusing. Nobody told us you can’t just sit anywhere, so we got yelled at in front of everyone for choosing the wrong table. Four coffee machines, none working properly, and the worst coffee I’ve had in Italy. You even have to carry a TV remote from reception. Do people really steal those? Not worth it, I do not recommend!
