She exceeds anyone's expectations. The location is conveniently located to places I wanted to go. That's an important detail if you are not used to the high altitude in La Paz, and you want to walk to various place. The room that I stayed is fairly clean and its amenities are in good condition. The hotel staff is very helpful but they speak very little English. El desayuno muy pobre, se debería mejorar mucho. Our baby was pitch black on hands and knees just after a few minutes of crawling on the carpet in the room. Asked for cleaning (we had basket in bathroom full of diapers) but they never came to our room the 3 nights we spent there. Even had to buy our own toilet paper the last day since they never came with new paper, dispite asking for it.
