First trip to La Paz
Phil was very responsive to my questions prior to arrival. Carlos, the property manager, responded to us immediately when we had a water leak the first morning we checked in. Carlos was able to fix the pipe leak that day. However, we had to wait until the next afternoon to get hot water restored to the main bathroom. The secondary bathroom had a sewer smell. Carlos, aded something to the shower drain but the improvement didn't last more than day. Once we had hot water to the main bathroom, we both used the shower there. Phil was very responsive to my questions prior to our trip, including a question about beach chairs. I didn't realize that the beach along the Malecon was not really a swimming beach prior to our visit. The proximity to the Malecon was great and the kitchen provided any item needed to make a a meal.!! Since this was really my first trip to La PazI I was delighted to to have made aquintaintance with Phil and his property!!
