  • Beautiful newly built house located in a quiet gated community with 24 hours security. Very close to the center, restaurants, Malecon and few minutes drive from beaches this house offers everything you need for a peaceful and comfortable stay. Spacious living room and dining room with a table for 8 people, large fully equipped kitchen, office area, laundry and half bathroom.
    On the second floor three bedrooms (1 king size, 2 queen size) each with its own bathroom with shower. Large patio for outdoor dining and huge terrace with a sensational view of the bay, the city and the mountains.
    3 private parking slots, touchscreen deadbolt, wi-fi, 2 flat screen Smart TV's with Sky. Access to the common area with three pools, children's playgrouond, barbecue grills, gym, cinema room and game room.
