Good hotel, weird check in

The check-in is a little weird, I actually thought I was getting scamed, but it was a really nice room with a great pool area, but the bathroom was not very clean when we arrived, nothing enough to scare me away but not great either.

El Hotel no tiene administración, no hay nadie que pueda atenderte en el momento que lo necesitas. Se tiene que hacer transferencia de una parte del hospedaje aún a pesar de que en Hoteles.com ingreses tu tarjeta. Tuvimos que reclamar en varios sentidos para que nos atendieran mejor (limpieza, estacionamiento, regadera, etc.). De igual forma, al llegar nadie te recibe, uno entra solo a la habitación con las instrucciones que te mandan

Detalles para mejorar

Pues un poco raro ya que no hay alguien atendiendo recepción todo es a través de WhatsApp, excepto el chekin, y no sé de qué depende pero a veces tardan en contestar varias horas. Colchón cómodo, todo muy limpio pero al inicio olvidaron dejar shampoo, solo un mini jabón y las toallas no deben dejarlas extendidas si quieren que las cambien, posteriormente todo bien. Tienen un grave problema con el drenaje porque el baño huele horrible, si los cierras no se pasa el olor a la habitación no obstante opinamos que es un punto muy importante de mejora. También sugiero que sean claros como es la reservación porque no contestan las preguntas que se les hace a través de WhatsApp hasta que llamé por teléfono y la señorita que contestó uso un tono condescendiente que resulta molesto. Pero son solo detalles a mejorar.

No hay nadie quien atienda, se supone que les tienes que hacer una trasferencia para que te pasen una clave pero a mi nunca me la mandaron. Llegué a las 8 pm y nadie me pudo abrir, tuve que buscar otro hotel a esa hora

Lo elegi por la cercanía al lugar donde haria unos trámites y a su vez de la zona Centro y Malecon. Resulto mucho mejor de lo que esperaba : Comodo, limpio, amplio y seguro. Altamente recomendable

Relaxing and spacious hotel

Haciendo Jalisco was the perfect respite after traveling by bicycle through Baja. It is a small hotel and was very quiet. The rooms and balcony arre spacious and the pool area was so nice to lounge at and take a swim! It is clear the host cares about the property. It was. More than I expected for the price and I recommend it to anyone!

I will not stay in this hotel ever again..

The restaurant was not opened seven days per week; there was no coffee in the room; hey refused to exchange our towels on the last day because one of them became stained and threatened to charge us extra to washout the stain. He stairs are too steep.
