Discover this fantastic condo with its great location right on the Sea of Cortez. Choose between the beach or the heated pool and end your day watching the sunset from the jacuzzi.
The condo has a king size bed with a recently remodeled full bathroom which has a large shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped with anything you would need including all stainless steel appliances.
Enjoy the living room with its 75 inch smart TV.
There are many amenities such as high speed internet and air conditioning.
You can relax on the patio and watch the spectacular sunsets.
You'll feel safe with our 24 hour security and you'll have your own private parking space.
La Paz has many excellent restaurants with Seaside Bar and Grill being next door which also has entertainment on weekends. It is a 5 Star restaurant.
We look forward to hosting you at our home away from home. Just steps away from the beach. Our condo is the end unit located on the ground floor with two patios facing the pool area and overlooking the beach front. The unit is decorated with a splash of Mexican charm to make your feel at home. You will love the sunsets and sunrises. The space LaConcha Unit 106 is conveniently located on on the ground floor of the six story building which is located right on the beach in the amazing bay of LaPazBaja California . This condo unit is NOT affiliated with LaConcha Hotel but is located adjacent to the hotel. We use hotel grade sanitization products & protocols to insure the safety of our stalls & guests.Immediately after each guest departure. La Concha property is clean and great for swimming, snorkeling or kayaking. The beach is stretched out over the bay for you to enjoy the little piece of heaven on earth. There are many great water activities in LaPaz from enjoying top- rated dining, snorkeling, fishing or Whale watching. Having a tour company which can provide this adventures at fingertips is truly convenient. There is private parking 24hr security access. There is also a laundromat for guest on 3rd floor. Our guest have access to high speed internet. The community is located 10 minutes (driving downtown) to LaPaz and 20 minutes drive to many beautiful beaches including WorldFamous Balandra and El Tecolote. We are the only true beach front property in LaPaz.
