Tiene facilidad de acceso caminando a todos los servicios como bancos, farmacias, supermercados, ayuntamiento, pero sobretodo a los lugares emblemáticos como la Iglesia de la Concepción, Liceo Taoro, plaza del ayuntamiento, entre muchos otros más. Lo mejor de esta propiedad sin duda es su carácter y esencia, rincones llenos de historia, arquitectura tradicional y arte, rodeada de preciosos jardines que conforman un oasis de tranquilidad.
