For shared use: beautiful, well-kept garden with plants and trees, swimming pool (18 x 8 m, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 01.Oct.). Unconventional pool shape. Poolhouse, terrace, garden furniture. 60 m footpath to the house. Shop 3 km, bus stop 4.5 km, railway station "Les Arcs Draguignan" 12 km, sandy beach "Fréjus" 24 km. Golf course (18 hole) 500 m. Nearby attractions: Gorges du Verdon, Calanques de Cassis, La cascade de Sillans, Grottes de Villecroze. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Saint Cassien 30 km, Sainte Croix 61 km. Hiking paths: Gorges du Verdon, Gorges du Blavet.

Upper floor: (steep stair) open gallery with sloping ceilings with 1 bed (90 cm, length 190 cm). 1 small room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), air conditioning. Electric heating. Terrace 15 m2. Terrace furniture, electric barbecue, deck chairs (2). Beautiful view of the forest. Facilities: washing machine, iron. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (1 car) at 60 m. Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.). Petite maison bien équipée très au calme. Petit bémol sur la clim du voisin qui tourne en continu et fait un bruit de fond sur la terrasse et la caution demandée en liquide (????) alors que ce n’est pas précisé sur l’annonce ni une exigence légalement possible….

Maison de vacances sans Clim sans Internet en 2020

Il manque un climatiseur dans la maison, il fait terriblement chaud dans la chambre du haut. Il manque aussi une connexion internet. Sinon c'est bien, c'est calme et la maison est propre.
