Private: natural state property 10'000 m2, terraced garden (not fenced), swimming pool (11 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with alarm system. Motor access (300 m via unmade road). Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Carport. Shop 7 km, bus stop 6.5 km, sandy beach 10 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
"Serapias", 5-room house 150 m2 on 2 levels. Comfortable and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove, dining table, satellite TV and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed and air conditioning. Exit to the garden. 1 room with 2 beds and air conditioning. Exit to the garden. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm), bath/WC and air conditioning. Exit to the garden. Open kitchen (3 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 2 beds, 1 sofabed, shower and air conditioning. Sind jetzt zum 7. Mal dagewesen. Haben uns sehr gut in der ruhigen und naturnahen Lage erholt. Die Küche ist wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet. Haben tolle Gericht kreiert. Ein großes Lob an den sehr netten Verwalter. Fühlen uns immer wieder wie zu Hause. Kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub mit vielen Pros aber auch einigen Contras. Pro:Zimmeraufteilung:Schlafzimmer weit weg von Wohnzimmer und Terrasse, jeder hatte seine Ruhe; Pool schön groß; Küche gut ausgestattet; Lage:mitten in der Natur,trotzdem schnell in St Tropez,Port Grimaud und am Strand Contra:Haus bräuchte ausgiebige Grundreinigung,zum Teil abgewohnt und kaputt (Sonnenschirm,Tisch,Stuhl),Besuch von Wildschweinen bis nah an die Terrasse,für uns ein Abenteuer, mit Hund evt gefährlich

Hat mehr Potential

Sauberkeit am Objekt ( Haus und Garten) lässt viele Wünsche offen, Spinnweben am Fenster, Aussenspülbecken komplett verdreckt und läuft nicht ab, Schiebetür in einem Schlafzimmer lässt sich nur zu 40 cm öffnen; Auflagen/Kissen in der Lounge komplett verdreckt, Esstisch im Aussenbereich beschädigt. Es war das erste Mal, dass wir deswegen Putzmittel für eine Grundreinigung kaufen mussten. Die Liegen am Pool waren sehr schön, jedoch gab es nur 2 Sonnenschirme wobei einer davon kaputt war. Fazit: Haus in einer sehr schönen Lage/Umgebung, Zufahrt allerdings abenteuerlich mit vielen großen Schlaglöchern.

Sommerurlaub

Nach der schrecklichen Brandkatastrophe 2021 sind wir dieses Jahr gerne wiedergekommen.Wir waren froh alles wieder so vorzufinden wie vor dem Brand. Wir waren zum sechsten Mal hier das spricht für sich. Besonderes Lob an den Verwalter. Es hat wie immer alles vorzüglich geklappt.

Tolle ruhige Lage

Ich persönlich wünsche mir weichere Matratzen. WLAN geht nur imHaus. Wer unbedingt auf der Terrasse auch WLAN braucht, sollte einen WLAN-Verstärker mitbringen. Unser Highlight war eine abtrünnige Schafherde, die es sich in unserem Garten schmecken ließ. Wobei der Garten unendlich gross zu sein scheint. Es sind keine Begrenzungen zu sehen. Es gibt einen freien Blick in die Natur. Logischerweise ist der Pool natürlich NICHT beheizt. Kann man auch nicht erwarten! Im Sommer tolle Abkühlung.

ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus zum entspannen und ausruhen. positiv: gross, viel Platz und Ruhe innen wie aussen, keine direkten Nachbarn, 2 Kühlschränke, grosser Pool, gute Ausstattung, negativ: keine Klimaanlage, kein Wäsche-und Reinigungsservice nach einer Woche Aufenthalt, Strom und Wäsche nicht im Preis inbegriffen (das ist sehr schwach für solch einen Preis, wir sind uns besseres gewohnt von anderen Häusern in der Region), schlechte Zufahrt/Strasse, Staub unter den Betten,

Schönes Haus in wunderbarer Naturlage. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Pool ist super gepflegt. Wir waren bereits zum 2. Mal hier und wurden von dem sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Verwalter herzlich empfangen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Reisetipps: Sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der näheren Umgebung.

Beautiful home with great pool - perfect paradise

We loved everything about our stay in this house. The house is situated about 10 min. from the town of Cogolin. Is is very quiet as it lays in the middle of a forest. It has a big and very beautiful pool. The pool and the garden are lightened at night. It is so nice to swim in the pool, while looking at the beautiful starry night in the evening. The house had averything we needed, Including a big gas bbq. The communication with Interhome was very easy + quick. The house keeper is very nice.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt in dem Haus sehr gut gefallen; bei Ankunft war das Haus supersauber – alles ist wie beschrieben, der Garten ist toll! Das größte Lob geht an den Hausverwalter; noch nie in vielen Urlauben haben wir so einen netten, engagierten und um das Wohlergehen der Gäste interessierten Hausverwalter gehabt;...vielen Dank! Wir kommen wieder!We enjoyed our stay very much, the house was spotlessly clean and everything else as expected, the garden area is great! Never ever in a lot of holidays we had such a kind and caring housekeeper; ... thank you very much! We will come back! Reisetipps: Tipps zum Einkaufen: der neue riesige Leclerc in Cogolin oder der Geant Casino auf dem Weg nach St. Tropez.Toller provenzalischer Wochenmarkt in Cogolin am Samstag und Mittwoch.Grimaud ist zum wandern hübsch, ebenso wie der ganze Ort an sich. St. Tropez ist toll zum "Schiffe gucken".
