The AC kept the house cool during the hot week we were there. The furnishings were modern and comfortable. The house overall was a little older than expected and the drains were a little slow. I wish there had been more than one tv and the outdoor furniture took several cleanings. If you want to use the fire pit, you need to buy your pet wood.
