Sheets and towels are not provided with this rental

If the rental takes place during the winter season for a duration more than 7 days, heating will be billed based on the metre reading
Information on the Security Deposit:

During your online booking, a simple bank pre-authorization (card hold) will be placed at the same time as your payment.

Rest assured: this is not a charge, but a temporary hold.

This hold covers:

€500 for the apartment security deposit (in case of property damage).

These amounts will not be debited from your account. The pre-authorization will be automatically released at the end of your stay if everything is in order.
