Stayed for one night between transport to Argentina. Staff were great, room was big, bed was comfy. Bathroom a little cozy, but fine. Great location for getting around Providencia.

Yours is one of the best 5* hotels I’ve ever stayed in, and I’ve travelled the world over my 70 years and stayed in many, many famous establishments. What makes you really special is your staff; they’re simply perfect. I’d like to single out Valentina and Diego in the Club Lounge, who were simply fantastic.
