"This is our second time staying here and it is lovely overall. We love the valet service and the "convient" store inside the lobby. It is located right in the action so you can really enjoy downtown la jolla from your balcony. We are seagull lovers so it's always a bonus to see so many in the distance. It is quite loud, the garbage men come daily and early, I am an early riser so it wasn't a problem. It is located by so many restaurants and shops + a few great gyms... One thing I will note is that we have stayed here twice now and both times the fire alarm went off for an extended period of time. This time it went off pretty early in the morning, not an ideal way to wake up on vacation."
