Oozing curb appeal, this unit is the main front house with gated entrance, complete with brick patio and lovely seating area to watch ever-changing sunsets. As you enter the house, you'll notice the crisp, coastal vibe throughout. The open living/dining/kitchen space is ideal for gathering with luxury vinyl plank flooring. The dining table includes seating for 8 people and the adjacent living room has plentiful seating as well. The living room boasts an ambient fireplace and sunny bay windows, plus there is flat screen TV for your entertainment. The outdoor space was beautiful, spacious, and we used it a lot. The garage was another big bonus. Location can’t be beat, the farmers market and local restaurants are amazing. Always available parking — yes! — right in front of the house. The front and back patio were quaint little areas to sit, read, and soak up the sunlight. Extra bath towels and extra beach towels made life easier as we never had to do a load of laundry. We were greeted with a complimentary bottle of wine, coffee samples, and bread sticks.
