"The location was excellent right across from the ocean. Nice to have a parking spot. The communication was excellent. But the unit needs some TLC. It is an older building — the bathrooms have been renovated and are good. The towels and linens were very nice. But the kitchen was old and not well equipped. No AC was a problem as it was hot when we were there— consider portable AC units in windows. The windows and screens were dirty and not all windows had screens which made it difficult to get a cross ventilation going. The sliding doors to the front deck needs a screen to get good cross ventilation. I did reach out to the manager with these complaints and they were very responsive and said they would take care of these issues. It would be a 5 star place to stay if a little money was put into this place. You can’t beat the location."

"Absolutely beautiful stay! Right on the water and so easy to access. We really had a very nice time. The sunsets were stunning from the balcony and the reserved parking is a nice bonus! Very close to the town, just a few minutes walk. The hosts were very communicative and helpful."
