"It really was a beautiful and charming medieval property, but with all the modern comforts. It was very clean, comfortable and quiet. As a solo female traveller, I felt very safe. Being greeted by the smell of baking, every time I came back, was glorious! The bakery team were also, really friendly and helpful. I'd definitely stay here again. Thanks for having me Madam Troppi! "Older hotel that shows its age, but that isn’t a complaint, it is part of its charm. Quirky collection of furniture and decor. Great location and very friendly staff. No A/C, but that is not a surprise for a hotel of this age in Europe. A fan was provided within the room and, although the weather was pretty hot, it’s a dry heat and temps dropped with the sun and it was comfortable. "

"We were welcomed by Aurore who advised us where to park.Very helpful and friendly. Our room was a good size and looked like it had been recently refurbished as the bathroom was excellent.Great toiletries too. Very comfy bed.We could have used the pool and spa free of charge but didn't have time as it was just a overnight stop travelling through France."
