Côtes & Mer - Family home on the waterfront

Welcome to Côtes & Mer, a charming house ideal for holidays with family or friends, a stone's throw from the sea. Located in Urville-Nacqueville, it offers a perfect setting to recharge your batteries in complete serenity.
The accommodation
As soon as you arrive, you will be seduced by the environment: the house is located just at the entrance to the famous customs path, perfect for walks between the beaches of Urville and Querqueville, passing by the nautical center.

The fully enclosed garden invites you to enjoy moments in the open air with:

Garden furniture,
A barbecue for your summer meals,
And two sunbeds for relaxation.

Inside, you enter a large, bright and friendly living room, with a kitchen open to the dining area and the living room. In winter, the pellet stove will be perfect for a cocooning evening after an invigorating walk by the sea.

On the first floor, you will enjoy:

A bedroom with a double bed (140x190),
A shower room,
And a separate toilet.
Part of the garage is accessible: you will find a washing machine, a dryer and everything you need for the garden.

Upstairs:

Two bedrooms:
One with a double bed (140x190),
The other with a double bed (140x190) and a single bed (90x190).
A second bathroom with toilet.
And a magnificent view of the sea, which we never tire of admiring...

On request, we provide:

An extra adult bed,
A travel cot,
And all the childcare necessities (high chair, mattress, sheets, etc.).

Beds will be made,
Sheets and towels are included,
The accommodations are fully privatized.
Outdoor cameras are installed for security and only work when the accommodations are unoccupied.
