Discover this beautiful house that can accommodate up to six people, perfect for convivial moments with family or friends. Less than 100 metres from the beach, you will enjoy an ideal setting for unforgettable holidays! An outdoor space consisting of a terrace and a garden will be at your disposal, ideal for enjoying and relaxing after a swim. The accommodation is equipped with a barbecue, perfect for eating grilled food on summer evenings. You will directly enter a large, modern and bright living room with an open and fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, filter coffee maker and the necessary kitchen utensils to prepare good meals), a dining table for 6 people as well as a living room area with openings onto the garden. On the left of the entrance is a first bedroom with a double bed 140\*190cm as well as a bathroom with shower and an independent toilet. Upstairs, you will find an open room equipped with a double sofa bed 140\*190cm with access to the balcony. As well as a large bedroom equipped with a Queen size bed 160\*190cm with a large storage wardrobe. An independent toilet completes the floor. For greater convenience, 2 parking spaces are available in the property's courtyard. A washing machine as well as an ironing board and an iron are also at your disposal during your stay.
