The accommodation consists of two bedrooms, a living room with open kitchen, a bathroom with shower and suspended toilet, as well as a veranda bathed in light overlooking a garden of about 500 m2 planted with trees and welcoming. In the garden several outdoor lounges, a dining area and a barbecue will allow you to make the most of the outdoors. A trampoline and a small freestanding swimming pool will allow you to do activities with your children in complete safety, even at a young age. In the immediate vicinity you will have access to the public park of Sainte Marguerite for hours of games with children of all ages! There are large play structures, city parks for football, basketball and Hand ball, petanque courts. You will have access at the end of our street to the coastal cycle path which will allow you to practice cycling, rollerblading, skateboarding, etc... the beaches of San Peyre, Magaud and Mejean are less than 1 km away and will delight you with their wild and preserved beauty. In short, our accommodation is ideal for a sporty holiday! Come and get your fill of nature and splendid landscapes!
The environment of this accommodation allows you to spend your holidays without a car (you can also get to the accommodation by public transport train-Toulon station and bus or plane - Hyères airport and bus) then you will find the shops at the end of the street, the beaches within walking distance (the nearest is 1.5km away) and the cycle path which allows you to go from Toulon to Hyères by bike. There is also an easy car park just in front of the villa which is located in a cul-de-sac. 4 beaches are accessible on foot or by bike within a radius of 3 km. Anse Magaud, accessible on foot (1.5km) is a privileged place for diving with its underwater trail for snorkelling enthusiasts or the discovery of snorkelling.

The public park of Sainte Marguerite is barely 100 metres away on foot, you will find several structures for children and adults! Two City stadiums (football and basketball), two petanque courts, balance structures and games as well as a zip line.

The magnificent Plan de La Garde Nature Park is 3.5 km away, accessible by the cycle path. These 130 hectares of landscaped natural space will allow you to spend pleasant moments with your family, whether you are a walker, a sportsman or simply a nature lover.

The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner ceramic hob, an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine.

The first bedroom has a dressing room with wardrobe equipped with a 140x190 double bed with ergonomic slatted bed base and very comfortable pocket spring mattress. A television with TNT and the possibility of connecting to your Netflix account is available in this room.

The second bedroom has a chest of drawers and a modular bed with a "comb" bed base allowing you to obtain either a 1-seater bed 80x200 or a double bed of 160 x 200. On request, this room can be equipped with a travel cot and a desk with a comfortable armchair if you wish to telework.

Bed linen and towels are provided, a washing machine with a drying rack is at your disposal. Housekeeping is provided with the 5-step covid cleaning protocol.

A WIFI (fibre optic) connection is available, we also receive a good 4G signal.

An outdoor area equipped to eat in the shade of the trees, have a family barbecue or enjoy a small above-ground swimming pool (the pool is installed from June 15 to September 15). A trampoline, balls and a tennis game will be available to your children.

Traveller access
The spaces accessible to travellers are all on the ground floor, the ground floor of the house has not yet been renovated.
The garden of about 500 m2 is wooded and pleasant with several nooks and crannies to enjoy.
A small above-ground swimming pool 3 metres in diameter and 76 cm high is installed from June 15 to September 15 (or earlier on request).
A 2.5-metre diameter trampoline and a protective net are available for your children
