Whether you’re relaxing on the sunny Bellevedère, on your own terrace by the house, or on one of the other terraces and open spaces on the property; swimming in the 12-meter pool; or exploring the property’s hill with its small forest trails, clearings, and open spaces: From everywhere, you’ll have an unobstructed and spectacular view of the surrounding hills, and from the higher areas, all the way to the sea.
Thanks to the size of the property, you can continually discover new, beautiful spots where you can unwind and enjoy the diverse flora and fauna.
A private organic wastewater treatment system purifies the wastewater without chemicals, and our excellent, natural fresh water comes from a 160-meter-deep natural spring on the property.
Approximately 20 m from the house is the 12 x 6 m pool, which is between 1.10 m and 1.80 m deep. There’s plenty of space here for swimming, playing, and splashing around. Surrounding the pool are spacious terraces with plenty of comfortable lounge chairs and umbrellas. Our pool house offers a sheltered, shaded area with seating and a table.
Below the pool is our recently renovated boules court (pétanque) with another furnished terrace under palm trees—yet another spot to enjoy.
