  • Very private villa located just 4 miles from downtown La Fortuna, perfect for discovering the beautiful landscapes and attractions of the Arenal Volcano area. The property features 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, A/C in each bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, high‑speed WiFi (200 Mbps), Smart TVs, BBQ area, green spaces, gardens, and a private pool. This gated villa offers a peaceful, secure setting—far enough to relax, yet close to all major attractions in La Fortuna/Arenal.

    The property is close to La Fortuna downtown, very private and quiet. Relax by the pool with a glass of wine or just a beer listening your favorite music, reading a book or just having a nice time with your love ones.

    If you want to walk around just 15 minutes walk you will get to La Fortuna river where you can plan a picnic, swim in the river and even try some fishing, you will see plenty of fishes in the water.

Amazing property, spacious accommodations with a secluded vibe. 15 minute walk to Playa Negra and a cute mini market. The plunge pool was fantastic to cool off on hot Caribbean days! Lots of outdoor seating on a large deck. Check in was super easy. Automatic gate around plenty of parking.

Great house and location

Loved our stay. Close to town but not right in it so got to enjoy being in nature with monkeys playing in the tree across the street. The pool was great and house had everything we needed.

Great Home in La Fortuna

We had a great time staying here. The pool is amazing and everything in the house was very clean. We felt safe and enjoyed how close we were to town. The kids ages 6 and 4 had a blast.

La fortuna pool

It was a great location close to town. It was easy to get to restaurants and nice to come home to a quiet place with a beautiful backyard and pool to enjoy. The host helped us arrange activities and gave us restaurant recommendations. I would definitely stay here again.

Location is superb and the home was beautiful

Some may want to be in the city, but we LOVED being at the end of the road and the solitude provided by this home. It's pretty nicely appointed, the pool was great, and the poorhouse was a pleasant surprise! The communication was spot on, and it was a very nice turnkey experience. We'd stay again!

Loved it

The property was just as advertised. It was clean, accommodated my family of 6, and was close to the awesome town of La Fortuna. The outdoor area was amazing and we saw dozens of howler monkeys across the street! Highly recommend.

Wildlife oasis

The host was responsive and showed us the property at check in. The property was beautiful and we had all that we needed. Wildlife on the property with all the beautiful landscape. And you can walk down the dead end road to see many different bird species, howlers monkeys and a sloth.

1st class property

The property is super clean and exactly like the pics/description. The outdoor pool area is the real gem as we spent most of our time there. WiFi was great. There is also a Sloth sanctuary at the beginning of the road that was an awesome experience (walkable). The property manager was a delight to commute with and we would definitely return when coming back to the area.

Amazing casa with pool

Very private casa with lovely pool and outdoor living space for eating outside. Carlos from Home vacations had amazing and all of the suggestions were appreciated by our whole family. We experienced all of the fun activities and enjoyed casada at local sodas while we were in the area. Many grocery stores and fresh fruit markets nearby so if you like to cook family meals, the kitchen has the tools and kitchen supplies needed (except no dishwasher). Wonderful house and people in La Fortuna!

House was great along with the backyard and pool area. Quiet but way too remote if you want to go to excisions and into town. No address so it was very hard to get transportation. Cooke text the host for anything that you needed.

Perfect Choice

I am so glad we chose this home. The property felt safe and secure... wall around the property, with electronic gate. Location felt safe... location is at the end of a street off them main road, bordered by a cow farm and the river in front. Home was printing and beautiful. Pool wonderful. Great location just minutes from grocery stores, sodas, and all the things. The company was very helpful with recommending tours. Highly recommend.

A nice time in La Fortuna

The property was very clean and safe. We particularly enjoyed the covered patio/pool area. Howler monkeys woke us up the second day and put on quite a show in the trees across the small road from the house. Loved the ever present hummingbirds in the flowering plants. Lots of different flowering plants. The only things I would recommend for improvements : hot water for the kitchen sink and improved lighting in the kitchen. The property did provide a hot-water kettle which we appreciated for heating water to do dishes. Overall, a very nice property with responsive owner/manager.

First time visit to Costa Rica

We came to see the wildlife and to adventure on a few tours of Arenal; hiked through the jungle and over the hanging bridges, also hiked to a waterfall and went on an eco tour looking for sloths. Carlos from House of Tours was very helpful with guiding us to the property and helping us get tours set up and suggesting places to eat. We felt very safe at this location as it had a wall around the property, a gate that locked and an electric fence on top of the wall. It was very peaceful and quiet, and the outdoor shower was a great feature.Our only complaint would be that there were no closets or any place to hang clothing and selves and drawer space was also very limit.

Amazing!

Very private beautiful home! We had a group of 7 so hanging out inside was fine but a little tight. Thankfully the yard and patio was huge & we could all spread out and have our own space 👌 pool was amazing ! Having the outside bathroom/shower was a nice bonus. we had trouble with the gate not opening - the property manager was there in 10 min to change out the remote. Super helpful and responsive. 10/10 would recommend
