Agence Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers you this beautiful 50 m² apartment in La Forêt-Fouesnant, less than 300m from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 travelers. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises a 25 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, one bedrooms and a bathroom.

The apartment is composed as follows:
Ground floor:
- A living room of 25 m² with TV, extra bed in bench and a dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, oven, toaster, hotplates, coffee machine (Senseo)...
- Bedroom with double bed (140×190) and open-plan double dressing room
- Bathroom with shower and washbasin
- Separate WC

Mezzanine:
- A sleeping area with two single beds that can be superimposed with storage furniture.

Exterior :
- A furnished, south-facing balcony (3m×1.5m) to enjoy the fine weather.

The apartment is ideally located in La Forêt-Fouesnant, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

Bananec It’s a cozy place with a separate bedroom, a mezzanine with a single bed, bathroom, separate toilet, a small kitchen combined with a living area big enough for four. A large sofa bed is in the living area. It is located in a quiet apartment complex and is only a one-minute walk to the harbor, two minutes to the beach. Also comes with one parking spot that can be locked. Management is very nice and welcoming.

Bananec "Séjour très agréable dans un appartement agréable et bien situé, très propre, très calme 🙂 Emplacement top pour nous, direct sur le port 🙁 l'emplacement du lit dont la seconde place est tellement sous la soupente qu'on ne peut pas se lever et contourner le lit sans pivoter le ventre en avant en face du lit et sortir de cet emplacement très serré en presque rampant. Il n'y a pas beaucoup d'autres choix au vu de l'architecture"

Bananec Sehr nett, sehr ruhig, wie waren außerhalb der Saison dort. Es ist ein Ferienresort mit mehreren solcher kleinen Wohnungen, also sehr gemütlich. Strand in Laufnähe, ein netter Hafen und ein nettes Städtchen in der Nähe mit Markt am Sonntag.

Bananec "Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans l’appartement. L’annonce est fidèle. La déco est sympa, l’appartement est très fonctionnel, calme, lumineux, propre. La literie est de bonne qualité. L’environnement est très calme. Le logement est bien situé pour pouvoir visiter les villages et villes alentours. La salle de bain est un peu désuète par rapport au reste de l’appartement mais elle reste très fonctionnelle. Il ne manque rien ! ????"

Bananec "Calme et bien situé, cuisine et salle de bain à rénover. 🙂 Idéalement situé, dans une résidence arborée et calme, face au port de plaisance avec ses restaurants et petits commerces et à quelques minutes de la belle plage de Kerleven. Centre bourg à 20 minutes à pied via le sentier côtier. Appartement joliment décoré. Belle terrasse pour manger à l'extérieur. Hôte réactif à proximité. 🙁 Cuisine et salle de bain vieillots à rénover (travaux prévus en Octobre). Manque quelques équipements de cuisine. Un peu cher pour la prestation proposée."

Ma réserve porte sur le prix : l'état et le niveau de confort du logement ne justifient pas vraiment son prix, on trouve des logements refaits à neuf pour moins cher dans la même résidence... Bananec "🙂 La proximité du port, la stationnement inclus la propreté et le confort. 🙁 Le montant de la caution à régler très élevé quelque soit la durée du séjour et le linge non inclus ( proposé en option payante ). La salle de bain est propre mais à besoin d’une rénovation."
