Trash MUST be in trash bag in the can outside; Top of stairs use only the trash can on the left side inside the bin (right side trash can is for upper unit guests). Loose trash will result in a fee.
Use complimentary dishwasher pods to start a final load of dishes; Strip linens & all towels & place in laundry basket in laundry room.
Remove ALL excess food, condiments & drinks from fridge & freezer; OK to leave dry seasonings & cooking sprays; leftover items in fridge or freezer will result in a fee.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
