Conveniently located in the central/ midvalley Rio Grande Valley area. La Feria is a charming, quiet and welcoming small town. Popular destination include the following: RGV Premium Outlets shopping is 3.5 miles/ 7 min. Progreso International Bridge is only 13 miles/22 minute . Harlingen International Airport is 16 miles/22 minute drive . South Padre Island beaches are 57 minutes/ 56 miles away. McAllen International Airport 30 min/ 27 miles. Harlingen Hospitals are only 16 min/14 miles.

2 cozy bedrooms: (1) full size and (1) twin bed with linens . Living Room sofa sleeper can convert into full size bed. Kitchen has a full sized stove with oven and full size refrigerator. 1 bathroom with walk-in tiled shower. Dining area provided with 3 stools.
