This newish hotel is located at the edge of Rodez, in a newer suburban area. The room was large with a very nice bathroom.
Staff welcome could have been better, but the staff the next day was quite helpful and listened to our feedback.
My main issue is that in this lovely location there is limited food service, and they were unwilling to serve us in the serene courtyard.
OTOH, there is a fantastic brasserie quite close by (walkable) which worked for dinner

Great value! Super helpful staff. Comfortable. 10 to 15 minutes from the center of Montpellier. Perfect for when you are driving. Free parking. Good AC.
